Rev X Products return policy is to only accept returns no more than 5 days from receipt on non-chemical items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition received and in the original packaging.
All non-chemical related refunds are subject to a restocking fee no less than 15%, all shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once a return is received and inspected, Rev X Products, Inc. will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Rev X Products, Inc can only replace items that are damaged (crushed, squished, punctured or pierced). If you require an exchange for any items

The customer will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Rev X Products, Inc. cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) so protect yourself by getting any appropriate tracking numbers to assure returns are received.
